This document contains the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of the items contained therein. Please read these conditions carefully before using the website. 5. Procedure for finalizing the contract

This information and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer to sell, but an invitation to negotiate. There will be no contract in relation to any products, until the Customer's order has been accepted.
The Customer can select one or more products of which he intends to purchase, inserting them in a virtual cart, of which you will always be able to view the content before proceeding with the forwarding of the Order.
By clicking on the "Purchase" button, the Customer will start the procedure for placing the Order. By clicking on the "Place Order" button, at the end of the online purchase procedure started, the Customer will forward the Order to Sharra Pagano. Each Order forwarded in these ways must be understood, to all effects, as a contractual proposal by the Customer. Upon forwarding of the Order by the Customer, Sharra Pagano will promptly confirm the receipt of the Order by sending an e-mail to the e-mail account communicated by the Customer. By sending this e-mail, Sharra Pagano will also communicate to the Customer whether the Order can be accepted or not (the Order Confirmation). Sharra Pagano will have the right to accept or not the Orders received without, in the event of non-acceptance, the Customer being able to advance any rights or claims against Sharra Pagano for any reason. The Order will be considered, in any case, accepted and consequently the Contract concluded at the moment in which the Customer will receive, on his e-mail address, the Order Confirmation E-mail, containing confirmation of the acceptance of the Order.
The order will not be shipped anyway until the funds have been transferred to Sharra Pagano. Sharra Pagano has no obligation to provide the Customer with other products that may have been the subject of an order until the shipment of the same is confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.

6. Availability of products

All product orders are subject to their availability.

7. Refusal to process an order

Sharra Pagano reserves the right to remove any product from this website at any time and / or delete or modify any material or content of the same. Although it will always make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force Sharra Pagano to refuse the placing of any order after having sent the Order Confirmation and reserves the right to do so at any time, at its own discretion. total discretion.
Sharra Pagano disclaims any responsibility towards the Customer or towards third parties for the removal of any product from this website, regardless of whether such product has been sold or not, for deletion or modification of any material or content on the website, or if Sharra Pagano refuses to complete an order after sending the Order Confirmation.

8. Delivery

Without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 7 and except in extraordinary circumstances, Sharra Pagano undertakes to send the order of the product (s) indicated in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 10 days starting from the date of the Shipment Confirmation.
However, delays may occur for one or more of the following reasons:

Specialized articles
Unforeseen circumstances
Delivery area

If for any reason Sharra Pagano is unable to fulfill the terms of the delivery date, the Customer will be promptly informed and will have the opportunity to cancel the order, with the consequent refund of the entire amount paid.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays and Sundays. Each order will be considered delivered if a signature has been affixed to the collection at the agreed shipping address.

9. Impossibility of delivery

If it proves impossible to make the delivery, a note will be provided indicating where exactly the package is and how to collect it. If the Customer will not be present for delivery at the appointed time, he must contact Sharra Pagano to arrange the delivery on another date. To collect the order in storage, the Customer will have 4 days to recover the package. Once this deadline has passed if he has not yet collected the package, Sharra Pagano will interpret these circumstances as a waiver of the Contract, which will be considered terminated. Following the termination of the Agreement, the amount paid for these products will be returned to the Customer as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which, according to the provisions of this Article, the contract will be deemed terminated.

10. Transfer of risk and ownership of the products

The risks relating to the products will be borne by the Customer from the moment of their delivery. The Customer will acquire ownership of the products as soon as Sharra Pagano has received the full amount relating to the same, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (as established by Article 9), if this occurs at a later time.

11. Price and Payment

The price of the products will always be the one indicated on the website, except where there is an obvious error. Although Sharra Pagano undertakes to ensure that all prices on the site are correct, errors may occur. If there are errors in the price of the products ordered, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option of reconfirming his order at the right amount or canceling it. The order will be canceled and the full amount paid will be refunded, if the Customer and Sharra Pagano fail to communicate or agree.
Sharra Pagano has no obligation to supply the product (s) at the price lower incorrectly indicated (even after sending the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price was obvious and unambiguous and therefore it had been possible for the Customer to identify it as incorrect, in a reasonable way.
The prices of the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are to be added to the total amount to be paid.
Prices are subject to change at any time; however (except where previously established) the possible changes will not affect the orders for which the Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.
Once the purchases have been made, all the items that the Customer wishes to buy will be added to the cart and the step subsequent will result in the completion of the order and payment.
The Customer may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, by prepaid card and by Paypal. To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Once the order is received, a pre-authorization will be made on the Customer's credit card to ensure that they have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The card will be charged when the order leaves the warehouses. By clicking on "Pay By Credit Card" the Customer confirms that the credit card is owned by him. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same, but if this entity does not authorize the payment, Sharra Pagano will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to complete any contract.

12. IVA

In accordance with the legislation in force, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices on the site as well as the customer can see them, already include VAT.

13. Billing

As required by art. 22 paragraph 1 n1 of the Presidential Decree No. 633/1972 "the issuance of the invoice is not mandatory, unless requested by the customer no later than the time of carrying out the operation." If the customer wishes to receive the invoice, during the purchase phase he must choose the "invoice" option and obligatorily enter the tax code and/or VAT number as well as the billing address (if different from the shipping address of the purchased product). The invoice will arrive via e-mail to the address provided by the Customer once the order has been completed (after shipment).

14. Returns/Exchanges Policy

Common provisions

If the Customer is not satisfied with his order, he can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day he received the product / s purchased on the Sharra Pagano site. The Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract which has as its object the supply of one or more customized products. The right of withdrawal will be applied exclusively to those products returned in the same conditions in which they were received.

Returns by courier

The Customer must contact Sharra Pagano, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order, by sending an e-mail to the address sharrapaganosales@sharrapagano.it or by contacting 02.29519867 to request a return. Sharra Pagano will immediately send by e-mail the "return form" to be filled in and a "return code" associated with the purchased product.

Once the form has been completed, the Customer must send it to sharrapaganosales@sharrapagano.it. Sharra Pagano, after checking the document received, will contact the Customer to establish the withdrawal of the product to be returned. The product (complete with packaging and tag) must be inserted (by the Customer) in the already labeled security envelope that is inside the envelope received.

Returns in the showroom

The customer can return the product, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order, directly to the showroom in Piazza Castello 19 in Milan. You must show up with the purchased goods (complete with packaging and tag) placed inside the security envelope received on delivery and with the completed "return form" (received by e-mail following the return request).

Neither option will incur additional costs. If the Customer prefers not to take advantage of the free options available, any return costs will be borne by him.
The Customer can decide whether to opt for a refund of the amount paid for the purchase or for the exchange with another product (s) of equal or greater amount.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal was made known and will take place only after Sharra Pagano has carefully assessed the conditions of the item. The Customer will be informed if he is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The refund will follow the payment method used to make the purchase.
If the Customer wishes to make an exchange, after having concluded the return procedure and after Sharra Pagano has assessed the conditions of the item and informed the User, he can proceed to the choice of a new product of an amount equal to or greater than that of the returned product.

Returns of defective products

In the event that the Customer believes that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the stipulations in the contract, he must immediately contact Sharra Pagano indicating the product data as well as the damage. Subsequently Sharra Pagano will indicate the procedure to follow.

After examining the returned product, the Customer will be notified by e-mail if the product will be returned or replaced (depending on the case). The return / replacement of the item will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which the Customer received the e-mail. The amount paid for these products will be refunded in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The refund will be made using the payment method used to make the purchase.

15. Intellectual Property

The User acknowledges and accepts that any copyrights, registered trademarks or any intellectual property rights on the materials or content presented as an integral part of the website are the property of Sharra Pagano and those who have granted them the license for use. The User may use this material only in the manner for which he will receive express authorization from Sharra Pagano or those who have granted the license for their use. This will not prevent the User from using this website to the extent necessary to copy the order information or Contact details.

16. Viruses, Piracy and Other Cyber Attack Risks

20. Circumstances out of control

21. Waiver

22. Partial nullity

If any of these conditions or provisions of a contract were declared null and void by firm termination by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain unchanged and in force, without being affected by this declaration of invalidity.

23. Right to change conditions

Sharra Pagano reserves the right to revise and modify these conditions at any time. The User will be subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time of placing each order, unless by law or by provisions of governmental entities Sharra Pagano is forced to retroactively modify the aforementioned policies. In this case, any changes will also affect the orders previously placed by the Customer.
