Returns and Exchanges Policy
If the Customer is not satisfied with his order, he can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day he received the product / s purchased on the Sharra Pagano website.
The Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract which has as its object the supply of one or more customized products.
The right of withdrawal will be applied exclusively to those products returned in the same conditions in which they were received.
Returns by courier
The Customer must contact Sharra Pagano, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order, by sending an e-mail to the address sharrapaganosales@sharrapagano.it or by contacting 02.29519867 to request a return. Sharra Pagano will immediately send by e-mail the "return form" to be filled in and a "return code" associated with the purchased product.
Once the form has been completed, the Customer must send it to sharrapaganosales@sharrapagano.it . Sharra Pagano, after checking the document received, will contact the Customer to establish the withdrawal of the product to be returned. The product (complete with packaging and tag) must be inserted (by the Customer) in the already labeled security envelope that is inside the envelope received.
Returns in Showroom
The customer can return the product, within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order, directly to the showroom in Via Casati 17 in Milan. You must show up with the purchased goods (complete with packaging and tag) placed inside the security envelope received on delivery and with the completed "return form" (received by e-mail following the return request).
Neither option will incur additional costs. If the Customer prefers not to take advantage of the free options available, any return costs will be borne by him.
The Customer can decide whether to opt for a refund of the amount paid for the purchase or for the exchange with another product (s) of equal or greater amount.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal was made known and will take place only after Sharra Pagano has carefully assessed the conditions of the item. The Customer will be informed if he is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The refund will follow the payment method used to make the purchase.
If the Customer wishes to make an exchange, after having concluded the return procedure and after Sharra Pagano has assessed the conditions of the item and informed the User, he can proceed to the choice of a new product of an amount equal to or greater than that of the returned product.
